Lindevang station on the M1
Lindevang is a Copenhagen Metro station on an elevated viaduct in Frederiksberg, served by the M1 and M2. It opened in 2003 and sits in zone 2 of the regional fare system.
Did you know that Lindevang Station is actually a former S-train station from 1985? Today, Lindevang Station is a metro station and serves as a daily station for many of the students at Copenhagen Business School. The neighbourhood around Lindevang Station consists mainly of large property complexes in the company of Lindevangsparken, which is a small, green oasis in outer Frederiksberg.
On the M1, Flintholm is 1 minute back down the line and Fasanvej is 2 minutes further on.
Lindevang is an interchange: the lines meet inside one station, so changing between them means walking across a platform or riding one escalator — there is nothing to tap again and nothing more to pay.
Trains call here 24 hours a day, every day of the year — every two minutes at rush hour, every three during the day and evening, and every 8 to 20 minutes overnight depending on the day of the week.
