Nørrebro station on the M3
Nørrebro is a Copenhagen Metro station below ground in Nørrebro, served by the M3. It opened in 2019 and sits in zone 2 of the regional fare system.
If you get off at Nørrebro, you will arrive directly at Nørrebro Station, which is located right at the intersection where Nordre Fasanvej, Lygten, Frederikssundsvej and Nørrebrogade meet. Here you can continue your journey by bus, S-train or The Metro as well as stay in the cool neighbourhood, which has been internationally recognised several times as being worth a visit. In the area around the station you’ll find both exotic bazaars and popular eateries, and if you walk along Nørrebrogade, after a few hundred metres you’ll find Den Røde Plads and Nørrebroruten, where life and activity buzz in front of Nørrebrohallen.
If you continue along Nørrebrogade or through the green areas on the right, you’ll end up in Nørrebroparken, where especially during the summer months you can enjoy life in lovely surroundings.
On the M3, Skjolds Plads is 1 minute back down the line and Nørrebros Runddel is 1 minute further on.
Trains call here 24 hours a day, every day of the year — every two minutes at rush hour, every three during the day and evening, and every 8 to 20 minutes overnight depending on the day of the week.
